Pingshen Smart Industrial Park

Once a factory complex producing cathode-ray tubes for color televisions, the revamped Pingshen Smart Industrial Park now provides a total floor area of 447,200 square meters to accommodate next-generation information technology, biopharmaceuticals, and new energy vehicle industries.

The park features an innovative four-level, double-ramp system with 9-meter-wide loop roadways rated for 55-ton loads, allowing 40-foot container trucks direct access to every floor — resolving the vertical-logistics bottleneck common in multi-story industrial facilities. 

Workshops offer 11-meter clear heights and 12-meter bay spacing, with floor-load capacities of 3 tons per square meters on the first floor and 2 tons per square meters on upper levels, meeting the production requirements of over 90% of advanced manufacturing enterprises. 

Interconnected walkways link production units to form an integrated industrial chain that seamlessly combines manufacturing, R&D, and supporting services. The park also provides amenities such as dormitories and shared laboratories.
